Pork and Bean Enchilada Ingredients: Boneless Pork Shoulder, Organic Yellow Onion, Organic Garlic, Organic Sweet Paprika, Organic Cumin, Organic Coriander, Organic Canola Oil, Salt, Enchilada Shells: Organic Red Lentils, Organic Eggs, Organic Butter, Organic Black Beans, Organic Yellow Onion, Organic Garlic, Salt Organic Sweet Paprika, Organic Cumin, Organic Coriander, Organic Avocado Oil

*red lentils are soaked for 24 hours prior to use

Triple Cheese Pizza Ingredients: Organic Yellow Split Peas, Organic AA Large Eggs, Tomato Sauce: Peeled Tomatoes, Tomato Puree, Organic Yellow Onion, Organic Garlic, Organic Olive Oil, Basil leaf, Tomato Paste, Salt, Organic Aged Cheddar Cheese, Organic Aged Gouda, Parmesan Cheese, Baking Soda, Oregano

*Yellow split peas are soaked for 24 hours, then baked and ground to make the pea flour.

Shipping / Returns


We cook our food fresh to order and ship it frozen once a week (generally on Tuesdays, so that we don’t run into a weekend delivery). Deliveries are expected to arrive within 24-48 hours from the shipping date.

Shipping frozen food is expensive. We have done everything in our power to try to reduce costs as much as possible. We offer Ground and Express/Air shipping via UPS and Federal Express in an effort to provide the most cost effective means of shipping our food to you.

We believe once you taste our whole, healthy food, you’ll find the extra costs well worthwhile.

Orders shipped via FedEx or UPS will receive a tracking number after the order ships which will be emailed to you. Please let us know if you do not receive your package and we will help track it or send you a new delivery as a replacement.


Our goal is to provide healthy whole food for you and your family to enjoy. If for any reason, you are unhappy or dissatisfied with your purchase, please let us know and we will be more than happy to send you another case (on us) or refund your order.

We are not able to process returns due to the fact that our products are perishable, but we are able to process refunds.
